It depends on the complexity and volume. We make personalized souvenirs from 3 working days, corporate orders from 7. Urgent production is possible (+20% of the cost) — just tell us when you need it.
Is it possible to make changes after the design is approved?
At the sketch stage, it’s easy and free. After production starts, only minor edits are possible, such as text or date.
What if I have a completely unusual idea?
This is our favorite format! Send an outline, a voice message, an emoji, or just tell us what you want — we’ll think it over and suggest implementation options.
Can I choose the packaging?
Of course! We have both ready-made solutions and customized packages for your style and task. If you want, we’ll add an engraving, dried flowers, or a QR surprise inside.
Do you work with companies?
Yes, and we love you very much. We make branded series, creative events, and help surprise even top managers. The packaging, the message, the meaning — everything is on the same level.
What if the gift gets damaged during delivery?
We pack carefully, but if something happens, we’ll redo it for free. The main thing is to let us know as soon as possible.
